SISTEM INFORMASI ANTAR JEMPUT JASA LAUNDRY REPARASI SEPATU DAN TAS BERDASARKAN JARAK DAN RUTE TERDEKAT

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menyebabkan penggunaan e-commerce berkembang sangat pesat. Beraneka ragam layanan dikembangkan oleh pelaku e-commerce untuk meningkatkan layanan kepada pelanggan. Salah satu layanan yang sering digunakan oleh e-commerce adalah layanan antar jemput. Layanan antar jemput akan menghemat waktu dan memudahkan pelanggan dalam bertransaksi. Pada penelitian ini kami mengimplementasikan layanan berbasis lokasi untuk menyediakan jasa antar jemput perawatan sepatu dan tas dalam usulan aplikasi laundry. Aplikasi tidak hanya dapat melakukan pencarian laundry terdekat akan tetapi aplikasi menyediakan dua buah pendekatan dalam pencarian laundry terdekat yaitu menggunakan jarak terdekat atau rute terdekat. Untuk pencarian lokasi laundry berdasarkan jarak terdekat menggunakan haversine method sedangkan untuk pencarian rute terdekat kami menggunakan api yang disediakan oleh google maps. Hasil dari pengujian aplikasi menunjukan bahwa aplikasi dapat digunakan untuk transaksi jasa laundry dan reparasi tas dan sepatu.
