Analisa Kepuasan Pengguna JAKI Di Cengkareng Jakarta Barat Menggunakan Metode TAM Dan EUCS

Jakarta Kini (JAKI) adalah aplikasi yang berisi berbagai informasi dan layanan masyarakat dari Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang didesain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan warga Jakarta. Tidak hanya itu, aplikasi JAKI menyediakan berbagai pintasan dari perusahaan-perusahaan yang sudah menjalin kemitraan dengan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, seperti Go-Jek, Tokopedia, Shopee, Sekolahmu, dan masih banyak lagi. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi JAKI menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model dan End User Computing Satisfaction dan rekomendasi apa saja yang harus dilakukan kepada pihak pengembang untuk menjaga kepuasan pengguna aplikasi JAKI. Penelitian ini menggunakan 9 variabel yaitu : Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease, Timeliness, Attitude Toward Using dan User Satisfaction. Jumlah responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 150 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 8 dari 4 hipotesis diterima, yaitu ; C => AT, A => AT, T => AT, AT =>S. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi JAKI antara lain : Content, Accuracy, Timeliness dan Attitude Toward Using. Dan sisa hipotesis yang tidak diterima yaitu Perceived Ease of Use, Usefullness, Format dan Ease bisa dijadikan sebuah rekomendasi bagi pihak pengembang untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Jakarta Kini.
