Dalam suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pelayanan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi lowongan kepada para pelamar dan memberikan hasil berupa data para pelamar yang berhasil dalam perekrutan, selanjutnya disalurkan ke perusahaan yang memerlukan pekerja baru, membutuhkan sistem informasi dengan basis web dengan bentuk E-Recruitment agar dalam prosesnya yang mempunyai banyak data dapat dikelola dengan baik sehingga tenaga kerja yang ingin melamar dapat dipermudah. Sistem online dapat mempermudah pelamar tidak perlu datang langsung ke perusahaan. Saat ini pengelolaan data dalam proses perekrutan tenaga kerja masih menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak pengolah data dilakukan dengan komputer desktop. Bagian personalia menginginkan adanya aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat menunjang pendataan para pelamar dengan cepat dan tersistem dengan baik. Analisa yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodologi berorientasi obyek mempergunakan bahasa pemrograman web PHP yang menampilkan data terbaru lowongan kerja yang ada serta dapat menampilkan hasil penilaian psikotes secara online sehingga dapat memudahkan bagian personalia dalam mengelolanya.
