Rumah kost merupakan usaha rumahan yang menyediakan tempat atau kamar untuk disewakan kepada yang membutuhkan . Dhay Kost mampunyai kurang lebih 20 kamar kost yang mempunyai variasi harga yang berbeda-beda dengan bentuk dan fasilitas yang ada didalam kamar kost. Pada saat ini masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mencari dan memesan rumah kost. Masyarakat masih mencari secara manual , dengan bertanya kepada teman – teman atau bertanya langsung kepada pemilik rumah kost untuk mambandingkan fasilitas maupun harga . pemilik kost masih mempromosikan rumah kosnya dengan memasang pamphlet atau tulisan“Terima Kost” di sebuah papan . Dari permasalahan diatas maka penulis merancang sebuah system informasi pencarian dan pemesanan rumah kost berbasis WEB dengan dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), teknik dalam pengumpulan data ini menggunakan wawancara , observasi , studi literaturDownloads
