Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Umroh Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus PT Ameera Mekkah Travel Cabang Tangerang)

Jumlah jamaah umrah semakin bertambah setiap tahunnya. Namun Pandemi Covid 19 telah menyebabkan tidak beroperasinya banyak perusahaan Travel umrah termasuk PT Ameera Mekkah Travel Cabang Tangerang akibat dari permintaan umroh yang menurun dan pembatasan jamaah umrah Indonesia. Sistem ini dibuat untuk memberikan opsi lain dari pendaftaran umrah pada PT Ameera Mekkah Travel Cabang Tangerang yang dilakukan secara manual dengan mendatangi kantor fisik, kini bisa dilakukan secara online sehingga memberikan opsi pendaftaran yang lebih mudah, efisien dan cepat bagi calon jamaah. Sistem berbasis website ini dibuat untuk melakukan pendaftaran umrah, melakukan konfirmasi pembayaran, menggunggah dokumen dan melihat jadwal vaksinasi, jadwal pengambilan perlengkapan umroh serta pengunduhan sertifikat. Jadwal vaksinasi dan pengambilan perlengkapan umrah dibuat dengan menggunakan metode First Come First Serve untuk memudahkan pengguna memperoleh jadwal dengan lebih cepat tanpa memakan banyak waktu dalam pengerjaannya. Calon jamaah mendapatkan jadwal ketika sudah melakukan pelunasan pembayaran dan sudah divalidasi oleh admin. Ketika jamaah sudah menyelesaikan pelasksanaan umrah, jamaah dapat mengunduh sertifikat sesuai jadwal penunduhan sertifikat.
