Jaringan komputer merupakan sekumpulan sejumlah terminal komunikasi yang berada di berbagai lokasi yang terdiri lebih dari satu komputer yang saling berhubungan. Jaringan komputer secara geografis terbagi menjadi LAN, MAN, WAN dan Internet. Pusat Data dan Informasi merupakan bagian dari organisasi di Kementerian Sosial yang mempunyai tugas untuk menyiapkan fasilitas layanan jaringan komputer tersebut. Pengguna layanan yang luas mencakup wilayah Indonesia membuat sebagian permintaan perubahan layanan jaringan komputer terlewatkan untuk ditindaklanjuti dan belum ada monitoring terhadap hal tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka diusulkan untuk membangun sistem informasi layanan jaringan komputer yang dapat memudahkan pengguna dan administrasi pengelola yaitu dengan menyediakan fitur untuk mengajukan permintaan perubahan layanan dari pengguna; kelola unit / instansi, grup lokasi, jenis layanan; dan monitoring layanan. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Pada tahap analisis menggunakan pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language) seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Proses pengujian sistem informasi dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat menampung kebutuhan pengguna, menyimpan dokumen permintaan perubahan layanan serta memudahkan dalam mengelola permintaan perubahan layanan. Dengan hasil tersebut dapat menjadi pendukung untuk meningkatnya kualitas layanan kepada pengguna.
