Analisis Kesuksesan Aplikasi Pusat Informasi & Koordinasi COVID-19 Provinsi Jawa Barat Menggunakan Metode Delone and McLean

Virus Corona pertama kali terjadi di negara China pada Desember 2019 lalu, dan dengan cepat menyebar ke lebih dari 121 negara di dunia termasuk Indonesia. Kasus pertama virus corona di Indonesia terjadi pada awal Maret 2020 di kota Depok, Jawa Barat. Dengan terus meningkatnya jumlah kasus virus corona di Indonesia, pemerintah di Indonesia baik kota atau kabupaten hingga provinsi dan nasional memfasilitasi website informasi resmi terkait COVID-19 untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam memantau penyebaran virus corona, Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat merilis Aplikasi PIKOBAR (Pusat Informasi dan Koordinasi COVID-19) merupakan aplikasi resmi milik pemerintah provinsi Jawa Barat. Untuk mengetahui apakah aplikasi PIKOBAR merupakan bentuk kesigapan pemerintah provinsi Jawa Barat dalam memberikan informasi mengenai COVID-19 yang terverifikasi, transparan, akurat dan menghindari adanya hoax maka perlu dilakukannya analisis kesuksesan aplikasi dalam studi ini peneliti menggunakan metode Delone and McLean dengan hasil 57,1%.
