PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN , MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT.FANUC INDONESIA

ABSTRACT
Human resource is one of the important elements for a company in order to obtain the company’s goal. A good human resource performance is expected will bring the development of the company and to support the company to survive in the weak of economic conditions. Some strategies can be applied by the company are : to conduct a reliable leadership, work motivastionand create a good working environment , so then it is expected that the employee will be encouraged to perform their best performance. The purpose of the research is to explore leadership, motivation and working environment in Fanuc Indonesia Company and to explore the effect of leadership, motivation, and working environment on employee performance.We used 51 samples of responden in this research. The research used a double linear regression. The independent variables in this research are leadership, motivation, and working environment . In the meanwhile, the dependent variable is employee performance. The result of partial test (t test) indicates that there are a significant influence motivation and employee performance, in the meanwhile variable leadership and working environment no significant influence to variable employee performance.

Sumber daya manusia merupakan unsur penting bagi Perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Kinerja sumber daya manusa yang baik diharapkan akan meningkatkan kemajuan Perusahaan serta menunjang Perusahaan untuk bertahan dalam kondisi perekonomian yang sulit. Strategi yang bisa dilakukan Perusahaan adalah dengan menerapkan kepemimpinan yang handal dan motivasi kerja serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang baik sehingga diharapkan pegawai akan terdorong untuk memberikan kinerja terbaiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja yang dilakukan di PT Fanuc Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 51 responden. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Adapun yang menjadi variabel bebasnya adalah kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Sedangkan yang menjadi variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variable motivasi terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai, sedangkan variabel kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.
