PENGARUH MOTIVASI INTRINSIK, KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI BANK MANDIRI CABANG JAKARTA FATMAWATI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik, Kompensasi Finansial dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Bank Mandiri Cabang Jakarta Fatmawati baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 67 orang karyawan yang bekerja di Bank Mandiri Cabang Jakarta Fatmawati dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Data penelitian sekunder diambil dari data karyawan di Bank Mandiri Cabang Jakarta Fatmawati 2 (dua) tahun terakhir, yaitu tahun 2016 - 2017, sedangkan data penelitian primer berupa hasil kuesioner yang diambil pada Triwulan IV tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan dari Variabel Motivasi Intrinsik, Kompensasi Finansial, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Variabel Kinerja Karyawan, dan secara simultan, Variabel Motivasi Intrinsik, Kompensasi Finansial, dan Budaya Organisasi bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Variabel Kinerja Karyawan di Bank Mandiri Cabang Jakarta Fatmawati. Bagi akademisi diharapkan penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya, serta bagi Bank Mandiri Cabang Jakarta Fatmawati disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan peningkatkan Motivasi Intrinsik, Kompensasi Finansial dan Budaya Organisasi dalam rangka meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan yang lebih baik.
