ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2012-2016

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan kebijakan dividen terhadap struktur modal perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan data panel yang diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari periode 2012-2016. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi data panel. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian dan pemilihan model terbaik dengan menggunakan uji Chow dan Uji Hausman, dan hasilnya adalah Fixed effect Model merupakan model terbaik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal dengan nilai signifikansi untuk ukuran perusahaan (0.3440), profitabilitas (0.5692), pertumbuhan penjualan (0.9337). Sedangkan untuk kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.1050. Secara simultan, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap struktur modal.References
