PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT.XYZ

Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karryawan, apakah ada pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah ada pengaruh antara budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan apakah pengaruh antara kepemimpinan, motivasi dan budaya kerja secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT.XYZ yang berjumlah 82 orang. Variable yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimoinan, motivasi, budaya kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Variable kepemimpinan dinotasikan sebagai X1, variable motivasi dinotasikan sebagai X2, variable budaya kerja dinotasika X3, sedangkan variable kinerja karyawan dinotasikan sebagai Y. data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. terdapat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan, motivasi dan budaya kerja bersama sama terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.XYZDownloads
