Pemanfaatan Digital Marketing Untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan Pada Usaha Kecil Masyarakat di Palmerah

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertempat di kawasan RT 05 di daerah kecamatan Palmerah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengembangkan bisnis para pelaku UMKM di daerah tersebut dengan memanfaatkan digital marketing sebagai salah satu strategi marketing ditengah pandemi ini. diharapkan dengan pelatihan ini peserta dapat membuat akun toko online, mempersiapkan dokumen persyaratan pendaftaran, membuat website free serta membuat konten untuk penawaran berbasis digital untuk meningkatkan penjualan mereka di sosial media. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mengajarkan para pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah untuk beriklan online di beberapa aplikasi onlinenya, seperti tokopedia, shopee, dan instagram.
