Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menganalisi efisiensi dan efektivitas pendataan surat masuk dan surat keluar di Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Denpasar. Dari pengabdian ini ditemukan pendataan surat masuk dan surat keluar sering harus dilaksanakan revew ulang. Filling surat menggunakan sistem abjad (alphabetical filing system) yaitu arsip surat masuk maupun surat keluar disusun berdasarkan abjad dari hurup a sampai dengan hurup z, ini tujuannya untuk mempermudah mendapatkan arsip kembali bila diperlukan baik untuk surat masuk maupun surat keluar. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan untuk tercapainya efisiensi dan efektivitas pendataan surat masuk dan surat keluar di Komisi Pemeilihan Umum Kota Denpasar,sebelum surat di input baik masuk maupun surat keluar terlebih dahulu dilaksanakan pencatatan pada buku ekspedisi, surat masuk dicatat pada buku ekspedisi surat masuk,,surat keluar dicatat pada buku ekspedisi surat keluar, langkah selanjutnya barulah surat dinput, selesai diinput surat masuk diarsip pada surat masuksesuai dari mana surat itu kalau dari perseorang di arsip pada perseorangan,kalau intansi juga sama dan seterusnya tetap menggunakan sistem abjad Begitu juga untuk surat keluar setelah diekspedisi langkah selanjutnya surat diinput baru dikirim ke tujuan yang dituju.Downloads
