RPTRA Jakarta Barat dalam mempublikasikan program-program kelurahan di Jakarta Barat. Saat ini tekhnologi semakin maju bahkan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini perkembangan New Media sangat pesat yang dulunya internet
digunakan oleh kalangan atas saja namun sekarang internet dapat dinikmati oleh siswa-siswi SMU dengan biaya yang relatif terjangkau dengan akses internet melalui apa saja mulai dari komputer, handphone, laptop, gadget dan lain sebagainya. Manfaat internet secara umum berpengaruh besar bagi masyarakat karena dengan berbasis internet mampu membangun e-relations seperti Website, Jejaring Sosial dan Blog. Selain itu banyak konten internet yang menyediakan informasi edukatif baik lokal maupun global dari berbagai ilmu pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan pengelola RPTRA. Selain itu dengan membangun e-relations pengelola RPTRA mampu berkomunikasi serta dapat menggunakannya dengan tepat guna.
