Hampir banyak sekolah menyelenggarakan uji coba mata pelajaran yang diujikan di UN/US. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada mayarakat di Yayasan At Taqwa 27, Kecamatan Babelan, Desa Pantai Hurip, Bekasi adalah (1) membantu pihak sekolah, khususnya MI (setara SD) At Taqwa 44, dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi UN/US dengan cara menyusun soal uji coba; (2) mendeskripsikan hasil uji coba UN/US untuk mengetahui kemampuan dan kesiapan siswa; (3) melengkapi koleksi perpustakaan yayasan dengan buku-buku ajar dan media pembelajaran. Dalam kegiatan ini, siswa MI diberikan tes soal matematika, IPA, dan bahasa Indonesia berbentuk pilihan ganda dengan empat jawaban (A, B,C, atau D). Pihak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan 23 siswa MI. Hasil tes uji coba terhadap ketiga bidang studi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa nilai siswa tergolong kurang dalam pelajaran matematika dan sedang dalam pelajaran IPA dan bahasa Indonesia.
