PELATIHAN ERGONOMI KERJA DI RUMAH SAKIT

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu manajemen Rumah Sakit Jatisampurna dalam keselamatan dan kesehatan para pekerja khususnya pada bagian layanan pasien. Dari hasil kunjungan awal ke Rumah Sakit Jatisampurna dan bertemu dengan bagian DIKLAT (Pendidikan dan Pelatihan) RS Jatisampurna, menurut pihak manajemen rumah sakit tersebut yang menjadi keluhan karyawannya adalah keluhan low back pain (LBP) diantaranya cukup banyak disampaikan oleh paramedis. Atas dasar hal tersebut dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini tim dosen Program Studi Teknik Industri Universitas Mercu Buana Kampus D Jatisampurna Bekasi bermitra dengan pihak manajemen Rumah Sakit Jatisampurna Bekasi untuk memberikan pelatihan mengenai ergonomi kerja. Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada beberapa karyawan dari pihak mitra yang terdiri dari karyawan manajerial dari beberapa divisi. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan meningkatkan pemahaman dalam sikap atau posisi bekerja yang ergonomis sehingga dapat meminimalkan tingkat risiko sakit persendian pada umumnya dan sakit pada bagian pinggang pada khususnya.Downloads
