Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis kompensasi, komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Iskaba Pratama dengan sampel 109 orang. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) v.23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini membuktikan hasil pengujian (uji t) yang menunjukan nilai signifikasi dan variabel bebas.Downloads
