Disiplin kerja merupakan sikap karyawan menaati peraturan, tata tertib dan norma-norma yang berlaku baik tertulis maupun tidak tertulis. Perusahaan perlu meningkatkan disiplin kerja seperti dengan melakukan pengawasan, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan penerapan kepemimpinan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan, kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pada Hotel Grand Aston Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial pengawasan, kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerjaDownloads
