Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) KCP Cibubur. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 35 orang. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS Ver.21. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Downloads
