Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh langsung kualitas system, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan terhadap aktifitas penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Pengaruh langsung aktifitas penggunaan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Pengaruh langsung aktifitas penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap manfaat bersih. Pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas system, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan terhadap manfaat bersih melalui aktifitas pengunaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini memakai model Delone dan Mclone, data primer yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survei dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada kolektor yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile collection dan sedang bekerja di PT WOM Finance wilayah JATASE. Kuesioner yang terkumpul sebanyak 178 responden, data tersebut kemudian diolah dengan metode path analysis dengan alat smartPLS. Hasil analisis penelitian yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap aktifitas penggunaan. Kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, aktifitas penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan penggunaan. Aktifitas penggunaan dan kepuasan penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap manfaat bersih. terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan terhadap manfaat bersih melalui aktifitas penggunaan. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan terhadap manfaat bersih melalui kepuasan penggunaan.
