Artikel yang berjudul Pengaruh Kulaitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Dengan Kepuasan Konsumen sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Pada Konsumen Pasar Desa di Kabupaten Bantul) bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui mediasi kepuasan konsumen. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen pasar desa yang berada di Kabupaten Bantul. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 konsumen pasar desa, yang diharapkan dapat mewakili populasi konsumen pasar desa yang berada di Kabupaten Bantul. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen.
