Perkembangan bisnis dan teknologi terjadi sangat cepat, pengetahuan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan utama bisnis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis. Pada penelitian ini, diimplementasikan sebuah desain inovasi sistem untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi melalui dokumentasi dan penyebaran pengetahuan yang lebih baik kepada seluruh karyawan CV XYZ. Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan adalah bagian dari mengembangkan dan mempertahankan bisnis. Maynard Manipulation Sequence Technique (MOST) diperlukan untuk menerapkan sistem manajemen pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses manufaktur sebagai teknik pengukuran kerja yang berfokus pada pergerakan objek. Strategi ini bertujuan untuk mencapai fungsi aplikasi yang sesuai dengan situasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menghasilakan sebuah pengembangan KMS yang dapat membantu karyawan berbagi pengetahuan dengan baik dan mengurangi waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah, karena dapat menggunakan fitur-fitur seperti forum diskusi, berbagi pengetahuan, perpustakaan, acara dan profil proses produksi pada aplikasi.References
