Aplikasi rekrutmen online (e-recruitment) berbasis web pada PT Telkom Akses merupakan aplikasi yang dirancang untuk mempermudah proses perekrutan karyawan baru di PT Telkom Akses. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang muncul pada proses rekrutmen yang saat ini belum terpusat datanya dan belum tersedia fitur proses pengolahan data pelamar yang menyababkan perusahaan kesulitan dalam menyaring calon pelamar kerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan metode prototype dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Code Igniter dan database MySQL. Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan sistem penunjang keputusan dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Beberapa fitur yang tersedia di aplikasi ini antara lain pengajuan lowongan pekerjaan dari tiap unit, approval lowongan pekerjaan oleh Human Capital (HC) pusat, input soal test online, input biodata pelamar, apply lowongan pekerjaan, test online, menentukan jadwal pelamar, input nilai hasil interview, pemberitahuan kepada pelamar melalui email resmi dari PT Telkom Akses, laporan, rekomendasi pekerjaan bagi pelamar berdasarkan kriteria kesesuaikan umur, pendidikan terkakhir, nilai IPK,pengalaman kerja dan kesesuaian gaji serta memberikan rekomendasi daftar pelamar terbaik bagi perusahaan berdasarkan kriteria yang lolos tahap interview dan kriteria seleksi akhir.
