Pengaruh Variasi Persentase Bukaan Terhadap Daya Serap Dinding Geser

Abstrak
Pada bangunan berlantai-banyak, dinding geser berperan sebagai sub-sistem yang dirancang untuk menahan gaya geser sekaligus memberikan kekakuan tambahan pada gedung. Gunawan et al. (2019) melakukan penelitian terhadap bangunan 10 lantai dengan sistem pengaku berupa core wall sebanyak 12 model yang ditambahkan bukaan. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut menyatakan bahwa terjadi pelemahan terhadap kekakuan struktur akibat bukaan yang diberikan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak Oktober 2019 – Janurai 2020, dalam selang waktu tersebut, penulis melakukan analisis terhadap bangunan 30 lantai dengan kombinasi ragam penempatan dan variasi bukaan dinding geser menggunakan aplikasi ETABS 2013. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis dinamis respon spektra. Diharapkan dari kajian ini adalah dapat mengetahui kemampuan daya serap dari masing-masing model.
Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, menunjukan nilai daya serap gaya geser yang semakin berkurang seiring dengan bertambah besarnya persentase bukaan yang diberikan. Pada model dengan bukaan 40%, pengurangan daya serap yang terjadi adalah berkisar 11.2% terhadap model tanpa bukaan (bukaan 0%). Pada dinding geser dengan persentase bukaan yang semakin membesar akan mengakibatkan berkurangnya sifat kekakuan milik struktur, ditandai dari nilai simpangan antar lantai (drift) yang juga kian membesar. Diketahui dari analisis yang dilakukan bahwa penempatan dinding geser lokasi 2 (dinding geser terletak di tengah bangunan) adalah yang paling baik dalam memberikan kekakuan tambahan, sedangkan penempatan dinding geser lokasi 1 dan 3 (dinding geser terletak pada perimeter bangunan) adalah yang paling optimum dalam menyerap gaya geser arah X dan Y.
