Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Quantity Surveyor dalam Proses Pengadaan Jasa Konstruksi Infrastruktur

Provinsi Banten merupakan kawasan komersial menjanjikan sebagai akses perekonomian, dan menghubungkan pulau Jawa dan Sumatera serta menunjang pendapatan ibu kota Jakarta. Jasa konstruksi menjadi industri pendukung dan menawarkan keuntungan dengan peningkatkan produktivitas dan nilai tambah ekonomi. Manajemen proyek konstruksi bangunan dan infrastruktur memerlukan peran profesional dengan keterampilan teknis pengadaan barang dan jasa serta konsultan yang dinamakan quantity surveyor. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peran quantity surveyor dalam proses pengadaan jasa konstruksi infrastruktur. Metode penelitian dengan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Variabel endogen yaitu kompetensi, pengalaman proyek, perencanaan, evaluasi, dokumentasi dan rekomendasi. Variabel eksogen yaitu pelaksanaan proyek jasa konstruksi infrastruktur, sedangkan variabel moderasi adalah pengendalian kontrak. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari 104 responden secara acak sederhana dan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner kepada quantity surveyor di Provinsi Banten tahun 2022, sedangkan analisis data menggunanakan model persamaan struktural dengan teknik kuadrat terkecil parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kompetensi, pengalaman dan rekomendasi mempengaruhi proses pengadaan jasa konstruksi infrastruktur. Implikasi penelitian dengan semakin baik proses pengadaan barang dan jasa yang dilakukan quantity surveyor maka akan memperbaiki manajemen proyek konstruksi barang dan jasa.
