Analisis Indeks Keandalan EAF dan EFOR Pada Pembangkit PT. Cahaya Fajar Kaltim

Listrik telah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan pokok dalam menjadi sumber energi primer dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hampir semua aspek kehidupan manusia memerlukan energi listrik, di perkantoran, rumah tangga, dan perindustrian. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan akan energi listrik didirikan pembangkit-pembangkit yang baru. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan keandalan energi listrik. Faktor tersebut meliputi probabilitas, bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya, periode waktu, dan kondisi operasi. Dalam menjamin dan memenuhi kebutuhan akan energi listrik konsumen, maka keandalan dari sebuah sistem pembangkit sangatlah penting. Tingkat keandalan yang tinggi akan menentukan kontinuitas serta keandalan dari sebuah sistem pembangkitan energi listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis indeks keandalan unit pembangkit berdasarkan nilai EAF (Equivalent Availability Faktor) dan EFOR (Equivalent Forced Outage Rate) pada PT. Cahaya Fajar Kaltim. Pada generator pertama EAF terendah terjadi yaitu pada bulan september dan bulan oktober sebesar 68,31% dan 60,78% serta nilai EFOR sebesar 0%. Pada generator kedua EAF terendah terjadi yaitu pada bulan agustus dan di bulan september sebesar 60% dan 76,50% serta nilai EFOR sebesar 0,34% dan 0%. Sedangkan, pada generator ketiga EAF terendah terjadi bulan april yaitu sebesar 42,13% dengan nilai EFOR sebesar 0,37%. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai dari EAF yaitu plant hour, derating, dan outage. Sedangkan, faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai dari EFOR yaitu jam operasi atau (service hour), dan jam keluar paksa (force outage hour).
