Sistem Kendali Closed Loop Pada Mesin Extruder Straw Berbasis Logika Fuzzy

Akibat panas yang berlebihan pada heater, heater mati atau panas terlalu tinggi, tetapi motor DC pada extruder tetap berjalan dan mengeluarkan resin, sehingga hasil produksi tidak sesuai dengan desain. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah methoda untuk pengendalian mesin extruder agar produksi dapat berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengontrol parameter operasional seperti suhu, kecepatan ekstrusi pada mesin. implementasi sistem kendali closed-loop yang mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan dalam proses ekstrusi. Sistem ini secara otomatis mengontrol parameter operasional berdasarkan umpan balik yang diterima dari keluaran produksi. Pengujian awal menunjukkan bahwa sistem kendali ini memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan menghasilkan sedotan plastik dengan kualitas yang lebih stabil. Metode logika fuzzy digunakan untuk mengatasi variabilitas dalam bahan baku dan perubahan kondisi operasional, sehingga menghasilkan hasil produksi yang lebih konsisten dan berkualitas baik. Logika fuzzy yang digunakan dalam sistem kendali closed-loop mesin extruder straw menghasilkan dampak positif dalam mengatasi variabilitas produksi. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa methoda closed loop dan fuzzy logic yang diimplementasikan pada mesin extruder ini dapat mengatasi kerusakkan produksi dengan nilai defuzifikasi 6,8 dengan nilai sedang. Sehingga kendali closed-loop dapat bekerja didua kondisi yaitu panas sedang dan tinggi.
