Rancang Bangun Sistem Kontrol Dan Monitoring Sistem Pendinginan Dan Penerangan Pada Gedung Perkantoran Berbasis PLC Virtual Machine Experion LXR120

Perkembangan teknologi pada jaman ini, memungkinkan manusia untuk menciptakan sistem otomasi untuk melakukan pekerjaan dan aktifitas sehari-hari. Mulai dari keamanan rumah tinggal, pengendalian lalu lintas dan manufacturing. Salah satu teknologi yang terus berkembang dan dipergunakan secara luas dibidang pengontrolan adalah Programmable Logic Control (PLC) dan Human Machine Interface (HMI). Pada kehidupan sehari-hari sistem instalasi penerangan listrik sangat memberikan pengaruh penting dalam aktivitas yang dikerjakan manusia. Selain itu Indonesia yang memiliki iklim tropis membutuhkan pendinginan saat musim kemarau yang panjang dan sangat panas. Oleh karena itu, apabila sistem penerangan dan pendinginan dapat bekerja secara modern, akan lebih mempermudah aktifitas yang dilakukan oleh manusia. Maka pada penelitian ini dibuatkah sistem kontrol dan monitoring pada sistem penerangan dan pendinginan di gedung perkantoran. Pada penelitian ini parameter yang dugunakan adalah PLC Honeywell C300, dan HMI. Pembacaan temperature dilakukan dengan cara memasukan nilai temperature secara manual melalui HMI (Human Machine Interface) yang disediakan disetiap tampilan HMI (Human Machine Interface) pada Gedung perkantoran yaitu ada diruang direktur, ruang staff dan ruang satpam. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan PLC dapat digunakan untuk kontrol dan monitoring aktifitas pada Gedung perkantoran. Dimana respon daripada PLC Honeywell C300 memiliki respon yang cepat untuk melakukan kontrol pada output/aktuator melalui HMI yaitu kurang dari 1 detik. Tentu dengan respon terhadap perintah yang cepat dapat mengefisiensikan waktu disetiap aktifitas gedung perkantoran.
