Optimalisasi Penggunaan Bahan Bakar Gas Pada Boiler Pipa Api Melalui Integrasi Kontrol PID

Boiler industri adalah perangkat vital dalam proses produksi yang efisiensi dan keamanannya berdampak langsung pada produktivitas dan keselamatan pekerja, dengan risiko seperti luka bakar, sengatan listrik, dan ledakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem kontrol otomatis yang aman dan andal untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dengan mengurangi penggunaan bahan bakar berlebih, serta menciptakan sistem yang adaptif terhadap berbagai kondisi operasional. Metodologi yang digunakan melibatkan pengembangan sistem kontrol berbasis PID dan relay elektromagnetik, dengan desain, pemasangan sensor dan aktuator, serta kalibrasi parameter operasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi boiler dari 84,33% menjadi 87,50%, membuktikan bahwa sistem kontrol ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan operasi boiler secara signifikan.
