ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN ELEKTROLISER TERHADAP EMISI GAS BUANG CO DAN HC PADA SEPEDA MOTOR 4 LANGKAH MERK SUZUKI SHOGUN 125 CC TAHUN PEMBUATAN 2010

Pada penelitian ini digunakan motor tipe 4 langkah merk Suzuki Shogun 125 cc dengan tahun pembuatan 2010. Pengambilan data uji emisi gas buang dilakukan ketika motor sebelum dan sesudah memakai elektroliser dengan berbagai campuran elektrolit. Data diambil berdasarkan perubahan putaran mesin mulai dari 1000 rpm sampai 4000 rpm. Hasil tertinggi untuk CO terjadi pada RPM 4000 dengan campuran elektrolit aquades dan 1 ½ sendok makan KOH dengan nilai 1,04 %. Sedangkan CO terendah terjadi pada RPM 3200 ketika motor tidak menggunakan elektroliser dengan nilai 0,07%. Untuk HC tertinggi ada pada RPM 1000 ketika motor tidak menggunakan elektroliser dengan nilai 382 ppm. Sedangkan HC terendah terjadi pada RPM 4000 dengan campuran elektrolit aquades dan KOH sebanyak ½ sendok makan sebanyak 20,33 %. Dimana nilai tertinggi CO2 adalah 8,2% ada pada 2 campuran elektrolit yaitu campuran pertama adalah elektrolit aquades dengan KOH sebanyak 1 sendok makan dan campuran kedua adalah ketika motor menggunakan elektroliser dengan elektrolit hanya aquades saja. Sedangkan untuk nilai CO2 terendah bernilai 4,1%. Berdasarkan pengambilan data-data tersebut, nilai emisi gas buang pada sepeda motor ini masih ada dibawah standar KEPMEN LH 05/2006.Downloads
