Rancang Bangun Sistem Kontrol Shuttle Racking Pallet Berbasis Mikrokontroler ATmega 2560. (Studi Kasus PT. Mitra Raya Setiakawan)

Drive-in racking merupakan salah satu jenis konfigurasi sistem penyimpanan barang di gudang. Sistem drive-in racking menggunakan shuttle sebagai alat penjemput keluar/masuk barang atau produk yang dikendalikan oleh seorang operator. Pada bagian Sistem elektrikal shuttle yaitu CPU (Central Processor Unit) sering mendapatkan kendala sehingga tidak menjadi efektif dalam penggunaannya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengganti CPU (Central Processor Unit) tersebut dengan mikrokontroler Atmega 2560 sebagai sistem kontrol shuttle racking menggunakan arduino Mega 2560 dan juga mengunakan radio kendali jarak jauh tipe turnigy 6X FHSS 2,4 GHzdan transmitter sebagai pengelola untuk melanjutkan perintah ke mikrokontroler. Alat ini bekerja berdasarkan perintah dari operator melalui kendali jarak jauh dan Sensor sebagai bantuan pengendali jalannya sistem yang telah diciptakan. Melalui sirkuit sensor, mikrokontroler dapat mendeteksi posisi dan mengontrol pekerjaan antar-jemput. Pemancar yang menghubungkan perintah dari remotemenuju mikrokontroler. Setelah itu diolah sesuai dengan perintah yang ada didalamnya sebagai keluaran. Dengan menggunakanmikrokontroler Atmega 2560 telah memudahkan penggantian suku cadang shuttle yang rusak. Menggunakan modul driver (driver smartdrive duo-channel 60 Amp) kecepatan motor bisa dikontrol dengan baik. Jarak deteksi sensor mempengaruhi kinerja sensor dalam mendeteksi objek, dimana semakin jauh jarak deteksi sensor semakin tidak fokus sensor dalam mendeteksi objek. Hasil pengukuran V dan I (input) serta V dan I (output) didapati hasil yang berbeda untuk setiap jenis sensor, hal ini dipengaruhi juga oleh jarak deteksi sensor. Radio kendali jarak jauh tipe turnigy 6X FHSS 2,4 GHz memudahkan pengguna dalam mengendalikan kerja shuttle.
