PENGARUH POLA DATA PERMINTAAN TERHADAP TOTAL BIAYA PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN PADA METODE P(t,E) MULTI ITEM DAN SIMULASI MONTE CARLO (STUDI KASUS: MR. KITCHEN, BANDUNG)

Simulasi Monte Carlo dan Metode P(t, E) banyak digunakan dalam penelitian pengendalian persediaan, namun belum membahas pengaruh pola data permintaan terhadap biaya pengendalian persediaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Mr. Kitchen. Penelitian sebelumnya mengkaji dua metode tersebut dan terpilih Metode Simulasi Monte Carlo. Namun penelitian tersebut memiliki kelemahan dimana data permintaan yang digunakan jumlahnya terlalu sedikit dan periodenya dalam satuan bulan, sehingga kurang mencerminkan pola data permintaan yang sesungguhnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengkajian pengaruh pola permintaan terhadap metode pengendalian persediaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan metode pengendalian persediaan yang terbaik untuk pola permintaan konstan, trend dan seasonal adalah Metode Simulasi Monte Carlo. Hal tersebut dikarenakan menghasilkan total biaya pengendalian persediaan yang lebih kecil dibandingkan metode P(t, E) Multi-Item. Selisih total biaya pengendalian untuk pola permintaan konstan adalah Rp 33.599.585,34 atau 32,39%; pola permintaan trend adalah Rp 57.813.023,82 atau 21,32% dan untuk pola permintaan seasonal adalah Rp 54.480.804,55 atau 19,65%.
