Analisis Hambatan Inisiatif Industri 4.0 Pada Rantai Pasokan Industri di Indonesia

Di negara berkembang, khususnya Indonesia, Industri 4.0 relatif masih baru. Karena inisiatif dari Industri 4.0 dapat mengubah cara produk dirancang, diproduksi, dikirim, dan dibuang, dan mempengaruhi seluruh sistem bisnis. Tujuan penelitian ini, adalah untuk meneliti hambatan utama penerapan Industri 4.0 untuk mencapai arah pengelolaan dalam rantai pasokan. Sehingga dapat di susun daftar prioritas atas hambatan utama yang diidentifikasi. Dalam penelitian ini di identifikasi delapan belas hambatan inisiatif Industri 4.0, selanjutnya diklasifikasikan pada empat kriteria utama yaitu: Organisasi (O), Teknologi (T), Strategi (S), Legal & Etika (L). Untuk mendapatkan umpan balik dari ahli industry di Indonesia, digunakan survei secara online kepada praktisi industry dan akademisi. Metodenya kombinasi dari EFA, Explanatory Factor Analysis, dan rangking prioritas dengan ANP Analytic Network Process. Hasil prioritas adalah hambatan Organisasi paling penting, diikuti hambatan Teknologi sebagai peringkat kedua, lalu hambatan Strategi sebagai peringkat ketiga, dan hambatan Legal & etika sebagai peringkat terakhir.
