PERANCANGAN MEJA PENYETRIKA LAUNDRY BERKONSEP ACTUATOR LIFT IRONING TABLE UNTUK MENGURANGI KELUHAN MUSKULOSKELETAL

Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai salah satu tindakan perbaikan fasilitas kerja pada kegiatan penyetrikaan laundry skala menengah di Desa Bandasari dan Desa Karanganyar Kabupaten Tegal untuk mengurangi keluhan muskuloskeletal, dimana perancangan produknya menggunakan metode Lima Langkah Ulrich untuk menetapkan konsep yang akan dipilih, sehingga produk baru tersebut menjadi lebih terarah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemakainya. Dilakukan juga analisis keluhan subjektif dengan menggunakan metode Nordic Body Map (NBM) dan Quick Exposure Check (QEC). Hasil penelitian berupa meja setrika ergonomis berkonsep actuator lift ironing table dengan dimensi panjang meja 1200 mm, lebar meja 700 mm, tinggi meja normal 660 mm, tinggi meja maksimal 960 mm yang dilengkapi dengan electric linear actuator DC 12V sebagai alat penggerak semi otomatis sehingga ketinggian meja dapat diatur naik dan turun. Hasil analisis diketahui beda rerata skor keluhan NBM adalah 14,50 atau tingkat keluhan turun 25,44%, sedangkan beda rerata nilai exposure level QEC adalah 23,35 atau terjadi penurunan 37,70%.
