RANCANGAN TEMPAT TIDUR KURSI RODA ERGONOMIS UNTUK MENUNJANG FASILITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19

Kebutuhan fasilitas kesehatan khususnya tempat tidur mengalami peningkatan saat Pandemi Covid-19, namun ketersediaan tempat tidur masih sangat minim. Penambahan tempat tidur pasien tentu membutuhkan biaya yang cukup besar, sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tempat tidur dilakukan perancangan ulang kursi roda tidak terpakai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah perancangan ulang kursi roda sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen dan aspek ergonomi. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan yaitu ergonomic function deployment (EFD) dan antropometri. Atribut yang digunakan yaitu efektif, nyaman, aman, sehat dan efisien. Penyebaran kuesioner melibatkan responden di lingkungan fasilitas pelayananan kesehatan sebagai pengguna kursi roda dengan menggunakan teknik insidensial sampling. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan kebutuhan konsumen terdapat tempat infus, tempat oksigen portable, tempat penyimpanan dokumen, penyangga kepala, penyangga kaki, produk tidak memakan tempat, menggunakan matras tidak panas dan mudah dibersihkan. Berdasarkan analisis house of ergonomic prioritas utama pengembangan tempat tidur kursi roda bagi pasien covid-19 yaitu dilengkapi dengan penyangga kepala dengan penambahan tinggi 25 cm.
