OPTIMASI PROSES PRODUKSI DENGAN MENGGUNNAKAN PENDEKATAN SIMULASI SISTEM
Abstract
Optimasi dan permodelan sistem pada PT Cigading Habeam Centre sangat dibutuhkan agar perusahaan dapat membuat dan menghasilkan produk yang optimal. Pada proses produksi komponen plat KNSS-AFE-L-SFP-18 yaitu stasiun kerja dengan proses cutting mengalami bottleneck dan menyebabkan proses selanjutnya yaitu marking, drilling, dan grinding mengalami delay atau menganggur sehingga menyebabkan produktivitas menurun. Penelitian mengenai optimalisasi proses produksi komponen plat KNSS-AFE-L-SFP-18 di Divisi Komponen PT Cigading Habeam Centre dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode simulasi. Penggunaan metode simulasi dengan software ProModel dilakukan dengan tujuan, yaitu untuk membuat model simulasi sistem optimal yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Hasil perbaikan untuk penyelesaian masalah pada proses produksi komponen plat KNSS-AFE-L-SFP-18 terdiri dari 3 yaitu Usulan Perbaikan 1 (penambahan 1 mesin cutting plasma, 1 operator marking, 1 drilling, dan 1 grinding) Usulan Perbaikan 2 (penambahan 2 mesin cutting plasma, 1 operator marking, dan 1 grinding) serta Usulan Perbaikan 3 (penambahan 1 mesin cutting plasma, 2 operator marking, 1 drilling, dan 1 grinding). Setelah Usulan Perbaikan diuji dengan menggunakan software SPSS yaitu perhitungan ANOVA dan LSD maka didapatkan Usulan perbaikan yang tepat untuk penyelesaian masalah pada proses produksi komponen plat KNSS-AFE-L-SFP-18 yaitu Usulan Perbaikan 3 dengan nilai rata-rata output optimal yang dihasilkan sebesar 9290,8 unit.
