USULAN PERBAIKKAN DALAM UPAYA MEMINIMALKAN CACAT DAKON DI PT. XYZ

Abstrak

ABSTRAK

Seiring dengan makin ketatnya persaingan dalam dunia industri, maka perusahaan berusaha untuk tetap menjaga kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Dalam proses produksi Cam 54P-E7026 terdapat beberapa masalah produk cacat yang sering timbul, antara lain problem cacat Dakon, cacat Scratch, dan cacat Burry. Dari ketigajenis problem cacat yang timbul,cacat dakon adalah problem cacat yang sering timbul dibandingkan cacat lain sebesar 8972 pada periode November 2014 sampai April 2015. Cacat dakon timbul karena terdapat kotoran pada material sebelum dilakukan proses, hal ini menyebabkan perusahaan menerapkan proses pembersihan pada material sebelumdilakukannya proses produksi secara manual padasetiap proses produksi yang ada. Proses pembersihan ini dapat dikatakan berhasil jika dilihat dari data cacat periode Mei sampai September 2015 dengan jumlah cacat sebesar 1446 pcs, namun proses pembersihan manual membutuhkan waktu total sebesar 7,258 detik yang menjadikan bertambahnya waktu proses total yang diperlukan pada proses produksi Cam 54P-E7026.

Kata kunci : Burry, Cacat, Dakon, Scratch.

 

 

ABSTRACT

Along with the increasing competition among suppliers, the company strives to maintain the quality of products produced. In the production process Cam 54P-E7026, there are several problems that often arise defective products, among other problems Dakon defects, defects Scratch and handicap Burry. Ketigajenis problem of defects arising, dakon defects are defects that often arise problems compared to other defects by 8972 in the period November 2014 to April 2015. Disability dakon arise because there is dirt on the material before the process is done, it caused the company implemented a cleaning process on the material sebelumdilakukannya the production process manually padasetiap existing production processes. This cleaning process can be said to be successful when viewed from flawed data period May to September 2015 the number of defects by 1446 pcs, but the manual cleaning process takes a total of 7.258 seconds which makes increasing total processing time required in the production process Cam 54P-E7026.
