Abstract

Abstrak

Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini memberikan peran penting dalam berbagai bidang di lembaga pendidikan dan perusahaan, termasuk di bagian akademik. SDIT Gandul saat ini belum menerapkan teknologi informasi untuk proses bidang akademik dan bidang keuangan sehingga sering terjadi hambatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan usulan rancangan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi pada bidang  akademik dan keuangan pada sistem berbasis Enterprises Resource Planning (ERP). Dengan  penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) di SDIT Gandul meningkatkan kinerja terutama dalam bidang akademik untuk membantu pelayanan bagi siswa, guru dan pegawai. SDIT Gandul dapat membantu bagian akademik, keuangan, kepegawaian, sarana dan prasarana dalam melakukan pertukaran data dengan cepat. Hasil yang akan dicapai berupa system informasi integrative yang dapat menghubungkan semua bagian, dengan adanya system ini, maka dapat dihasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh siswa, guru, administrasi dan keuangan dengan cepat, lengkap dan real time.

Abstract

The development of information technologies in currently provides an important role in various fields at education institutions and companies, including in academic department. SDIT Gandul and the field of finance hence often happened obstacles. The purpose of this research to provide suggestions design information systems that integrated in the academic field and financial in a system based on Enterprises Resource Planning ( ERP ). With assembling Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) in SDIT Gandul improve the performance especially in the academic field to help service for students, teachers and employees. SDIT Gandul can help academic department, financial, human resources, facilities and infrastructures to exchange of data by fast. The result to be accomplished of system information integrative that connects all parts, with the system this, it can be produced of the required information by students, teachers, administration and finance with fast, complete and real time.
