Kecelakaan kerja di industri pengelasan menjadi perhatian utama karena dapat menyebabkan cedera serius pada pekerja, kehilangan material dan berdampak negatif terhadap produktivitas. Oleh karena itu, penting dilakukan identifikasi dan menganalisis potensi kecelakaan kerja dalam proses pengelasan dan mengembangkan strategi pencegahan yang efektif. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis kecelakaan kerja yang dapat terjadi pada saat pengelasan pada bengkel las dengan menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) serta mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah pengendalian yang tepat. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan analisis terhadap berbagai tahapan proses pengelasan di bengkel las yang melibatkan berbagai jenis pekerjaan pengelasan, termasuk persiapan material, pengaturan mesin, proses pengelasan, dan penyelesaian pekerjaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko kecelakaan yang terkait dengan mesin pengelasan yang tidak aman, tidak menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD) yang memadai, eksposur bahan kimia berbahaya, serta risiko kebakaran dan ledakan akibat kegagalan dalam prosedur pengendalian keselamatan.Downloads
