Analisis Efektivitas Produk Grip A5 pada Mesin Injection Menggunakan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Produksi di Perusahaan Parking Brake

Di dalam dunia industri, terdapat banyak faktor penting dalam sistem produksi, contohnya adalah kinerja mesin. Faktor kinerja mesin merupakan faktor penting dalam proses produksi. Perusahaan Parking Brake berfokus pada produk jenis Grip A5 yang diproduksi menggunakan mesin injection sebagai penunjang proses utama pembuatan parking brake. Dalam Pengoprasiannya mesin injection kerap terhenti sehingga diperlukan pengecekan pada mesin karena mengganggu kegiatan produksi dan menurunnya efektivitas. Oleh karena itu, untuk meminimalisir adanya error pada mesin diperlukan pemantauan kualifikasi mesin menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Penerapan metode OEE memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kinerja mesin injection dan membantu mengidentifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi secara keseluruhan. Perhitungan OEE pada mesin injection dilakukan pada bulan januari-desember 2022. Setelah dihitung didapatkan hasil OEE tertinggi yaitu pada bulan Januari 90% dengan nilai Availability 92%, Performance 99%, dan Quality 98% yang artinya mencapai nilai OEE standar Internasional sebesar 85%.
