Perancangan Aplikasi Olahraga Yoga Untuk Penerapan Pola Hidup Sehat Bagi Pekerja Kantoran Dengan Pendekatan Ergonomi

Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs) atau gangguan sistem gerak akibat pekerjaan, sering terjadi pada pekerja kantoran yang bekerja selama 7–8 jam sehari. Pekerja yang mengandalkan komputer sebagai alat utama kerja dapat mengalami keluhan pada leher, bahu, lengan, pergelangan tangan, tangan, siku, punggung, pinggang, bokong, pantat, paha, dan lutut. Data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 22 jenis keluhan ini mengikuti prinsip Pareto 80/20, dengan skala prioritas kumulatif mencapai 81,6%. Untuk mengurangi masalah ini, diperlukan pola hidup sehat dan olahraga teratur. Namun, jadwal kerja yang padat sering membuat pekerja kantoran kesulitan melaksanakan olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi olahraga yoga yang dapat digunakan selama jam kerja untuk membantu pekerja tetap aktif dan membantu penerapan pola hidup sehat pada pekerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model waterfall. Aplikasi ini dapat diinstal di desktop PC atau laptop, dilengkapi fitur alarm untuk mengingatkan pekerja agar melakukan olahraga selama 2-3 menit guna mengurangi kelelahan.
