KONSERVASI ENERGI DI PT SANWA SCREEN INDONESIA
Abstrak
Konservasi energi belum menjadi aktivitas konsisten dilakukan dalam industri otomotif sebagai upaya konkrit untuk mengurangi kerugian dan untuk menghemat energi listrik dan juga untuk mengurangi biaya produksi. Dalam proses produksi, para pengusaha mempunyai kepentingan sektor di industrial masih menggunakan energi listrik tanpa memahami peluang penghematan energi. Penelitian ini menyelidiki tentang kegiatan konservasi energi listrik dalam industri otomotif yang terdiri dari audit energi dan penghematan energi peluang melalui penerapan teknologi yang lebih efisien dengan mempertimbangkan aspek teknis dan ekonomis. Konservasi energi listrik merupakan pemanfaatan energi listrik dengan efisiensi tinggi melalui langkah-langkah pengurangan kerugian listrik di semua tingkatan manajemen, mulai dari generasi listrik, transmisi listrik, sampai pemanfaatannya. Tahapan lengkap dari manajemen energi yang terdiri dari fase awal, audit dan tahap analisis, dan tahap implementasi. PT.Sanwa Layar Indonesia memproduksi komponen body mobil. Its pasokan energi listrik berasal dari dua listrik Travo 630 kVA dan 1.600 KVa. Sistem distribusi terdiri dari lima tegangan rendah panel distribusi utama untuk memasok energi untuk fasilitas produksi utama seperti Painting, Press, injeksi, printing, mold print.
