Abstract

Peningkatan produktivitas suatu perusahaan dapat dicapai dengan perbaikan metode didalam sistem kerja. PT. Sinar Sosro sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dalam menyediakan minuman teh dalam kemasan selalu melakukan usaha untuk meningkatkan produktivitasnya. Peningkatan dilakukan di semua bagian perusahaan, terutama dibagian penyiapan produk akhir untuk dapat dikeluarkan dari gudang. Untuk mengeluarkan produk akhir dari gudang harus mendapatkan hasil pengecekan produk inkubasi yang dilakukan oleh Dept. QC. Waktu pengecekan terdapat perbedaan disetiap pengerjaanya dan mengakibatkan tidak ada waktu standar untuk menerima hasil pengecekan inkubasi. Untuk mendapatkan waktu standar pengecekan produk inkubasi maka dilakukan penelitian analisa gerak dan waktu pengecekan sampel inkubasi Teh Botol Sosro kemasan kotak dengan metode ergonomi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengamati sistem kerja pengecekan produk inkubasi di laoratorium quality control,area kerja dan waktu yang diperlukan setiap elemen kerja proses pengecekan. Melihat adanya gerakan kerja yang tidak efektif sehingga mengakibatkan waktu pengerjaan yang relatif lebih lama menjadi hal yang perlu dilakukan perubahan, baik dari gerakan kerja dan area kerja.Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Sinar Sosro Cibitung dari bulan November2014 hingga bulan Februari 2015. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di Laboratorium QC dengan mengamati dan melakukan perubahan dalam sistem kerja yang telah ada Penunjukan operator dan pengawasan selama pengecekan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. Sistem kerja yang telah ada dibagi menjadi beberapa elemen kerja untuk di analisa gerak dan waktunya. Penulis memakai metode ergonomi untuk menganalisa gerak dan waktu pengerjaan pengecekan produk inkubasi, hasilnya adalah waktu standar pengerjaan inkubasi produk TBS kemasan kotak yaitu 5108 detik atau 1 jam 25 menit 8 detik.
