MENINGKATKAN KNOWLEDGE SHARING DI ORGANISASI: STUDI LITERATUR TERHADAP FAKTOR–FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KNOWLEDGE SHARING
Abstract
Knowledge sharing merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dari knowledge management. Makalah ini merupakan studi literatur terhadap faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi knowledge sharing di organisasi. Berdasarkan studi literatur yang dilakukan terhadap hasil–hasil penelitian mengenai faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi knowledge sharing di organisasi, ditemukan 21 faktor yang mempengaruhi knowledge sharing. Faktor–faktor tersebut kemudian dianalisis dan dikategorikan berdasarkan aspek kendali organisasi. Faktor–faktor yang berada di dalam kendali organisasi berjumlah 13 faktor. Kemudian makalah ini melakukan diskusi lebih lanjut mengenai faktor–faktor yang berada didalam kendali organisasi dan langkah–langkah yang dapat diambil organisasi untuk meningkatkan knowledge sharing.
