ANALISIS NILAI SALVAGE VALUE PADA PRODUK SEPATU PT. SINAR PERSADA KARYA DENGAN METODE EXCESS STOCK DETERMINATION

Abstrak

Permintaan barang yang tidak stabil menyebabkan adanya inventory (stok barang) yang berlebih ataupun stok barang yang kurang. Saat ini banyak industri kecil yang mengalami permasalahan pada inventory. Penumpukan barang pada gudang menyebabkan barang menjadi usang dikarenakan produksi pada PT. Sinar Persada Karya selalu mengalami pergantian model untuk setiap bulannya. Produk sisa pada gudang yang diproduksi pada bulan sebelumnya akan menjadi usang sehingga harus dilakukan penjualan produk tersebut dengan harga yang lebih murah sehingga produk tersebut menjadi laku terjual. Pada penelitian ini dibutuhkan data permintaan dengan data produksi pada tahun 2014. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa economic time supply dari proses supply sepatu tersebut adalah selama 0.94 tahun untuk tahun 2014. Kemudian harga jual dari barang-barang excess tersebut adalah Rp 428.361.
