Abstrak

This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, job stress, and work discipline on teacher performance. This research was conducted in SMK and SMA Budi Mulia Ciledug Tangerang. The object for this research is all teachers of SMK and SMA Budi Mulia Ciledug Tangerang. This research was done to 96 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data processing is performed by analysis in the form of double linear regression statistical test with SPSS 22 software. The results of this research shows that emotional intelligence, work stress, and work discipline are positive and significantly influence the teachers performance on the SMK and SMA Budi Mulia Ciledug Tangerang. Emotional intelligence, work stress and work discipline affecting 57.6% and the remaining 42.4% influenced by other variables not described in this study.
