This study aims to analyze and evaluate the effect of compensation, work motivation, and leadership to employee job satisfaction. Research has been done in Hotel Sofyan Inn Altama Pandeglang. Data have been collected through questionnaires and short interviews. Population in this study was Hotel Sofyan Inn Altama Pandeglang employees. The sampling method used is Non-Probablity Sampling with cencus method. Samples were 62 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression and the data have been processed by using statistical method with SPSS 23.0 for windows. The results reveal that compensation, work motivation, and leadership have significant and positive effects on employee satisfaction. Based on field condition, this research gives constructive recommendations to improve employee job satisfaction by formulating a policy of appropriate and fair compensation package, increasing employee work motivation, and maximizing leadership role in the organizationUnduhan
