PERSEPSI PENGUNJUNG TERHADAP SETTING FISIK DAN AKTIVITAS RUANG CAFE COWORKING SPACE DI YOGYAKARTA SEBAGAI RESPON TERHADAP PANDEMI COVID-19

Pembatasan aktivitas dan kontak fisik antar manusia pada bangunan publik diberlakukan sejak pandemi Covid-19. Pembatasan tersebut bertujuan untuk menghindari terjadinya kluster penyebaran virus, sehingga perlu adanya perubahan dan adaptasi pada tata ruang dan aktivitas bangunan publik. Salah satunya yakni cafe coworking space di Yogyakarta yang tetap berkegiatan di masa pandemi dengan menerapkan physical distancing (pembatasan fisik) seperti adaptasi pada penataan ulang interior, mengatur alur kegiatan serta pengaturan kapasitas pengunjung. Namun adaptasi tersebut bersifat insidental dan mendesak, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi relevansi bentuk adaptasi tersebut pada tingkat keamanan dan kenyamanan pengunjung berdasarkan persepsi yang diperoleh lewat e-kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penataan ulang pada ruang cafe coworking space belum efisien sehingga kriteria setting fisik yang responsif menurut persepsi pengunjung adalah pemberian jarak antar tempat duduk serta mengatur pola penataan tempat duduk, dan penentuan lebar jalur sirkulasi. Sedangkan setting aktivitas yakni berupa kegiatan sterilisasi dan pengecheckan suhu seharusnya dilakukan sebelum pengunjung memasuki ruangan serta memberikan perbedaan pada akses masuk dan keluar ruangan.
