Abstract

ABSTRAK
Tingginya permintaan akan hunian vertikal mendorong pengembang Cempaka Group untuk membangun fasilitas hunian vertikal / apartemen dikawasan Daan Mogot Jakarta Barat dengan nama Apartemen Green Park View. Namun desain unit hunian yang ditawarkan oleh pengembang tidak selalu dapat memenuhi kebutuhan atau selera penghuni.Hal ini terbukti dengan ditemukanya perubahan – perubahan desain fisik terhadap unit hunian yang disediakan oleh pengembang. Penelitian ini akan melihat bagaimana perubahan – perubahan fisik yang terjadi pada unit hunian tersebut. Sebagai sampel penelitian ini diambil sejumlah unit yang telah dihuni selama 2 tahun.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perubahan yang terjadi sebagaian besar pada dinding yang dirubah warna catnya dan penambahan elemen plafond.

ABSTRACT
The high demand for vertical housing Cempaka Group encourages developers to build housing facilities vertical / apartment in West Jakarta area by the name of Apartment Green Park View. However, the design of housing units offered by developers are not always able to meet the needs or tastes of the occupants. This is evidenced by the changes found - changes in the physical design of the housing units provided by the developer. This study will look at how changes - physical changes that occur in the dwelling unit. As the study samples were taken a number of units that had been occupied for two years. The method used in this study is a qualitative method of collecting data through observation and interviews. The results of this study showed that most of the changes in the wall that changes color paint and add an element of the ceiling.
