EVALUASI STANDAR KOMPETENSI ARSITEK MENGGUNAKAN ANALISA RISIKO BERBASIS PMBOK (STUDI KASUS PT. ENV)

Perkembangan konstruksi gedung di dunia semakin kompleks, berteknologi tinggi, serta memiliki tingkat risiko yang tinggi. Namun perkembangan di dunia konstruksi tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan Kompetensi Arsitek sehingga berdampak pada keterlambatan kinerja proyek. Dalam Standar Kompetensi di Indonesia yang dimiliki oleh IAI dan LPJK, belum mempertimbangkan faktor resiko pada setiap elemen kompetensinya. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu evaluasi terhadap standar Kompetensi Arsitek di Indonesia studi kasus di PT ENV sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja proyek. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mempertajam evaluasi faktor resiko penyebab dan resiko dampak yang terdapat pada tugas dan tanggung jawab Ahli konsultan Arsitektur menggunakan analisa resiko berbasis PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge). Hasil yang didapat berupa tindakan preventif dan korektif yang tepat dalam menangani risiko yang terjadi sehingga meningkatkan Kompetensi Arsitek di Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
The development of buildings in the world increasingly complex, high-tech, and has a high level of risk. However, developments in the world of construction are not matched by an increase in the Competence of Architects, which has an impact on project performance delays. In Competency Standards in Indonesia owned by IAI and LPJK, it has not considered risk factors for each element of its competence. Therefore, an evaluation of Architects Competence standard in Indonesia case study in PT ENV is required to improve project performance. In this study aims to be able to sharpen the evaluation of risk factors for the causes and impact risks contained in the tasks and responsibilities Expert Architecture consultants use risk analysis based on PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge). The results obtained in the form of preventive and corrective actions are appropriate in dealing with risks that occur so as to increase the Competence of Architects in Indonesia.
